Order Process

We accept payment using PayPal & Credit Card. For PayPal, simply checkout using the PayPal option, scroll down and register for a PayPal account to pay with regular credit card. For Credit Card, you can pay directly through major credit cards including Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. 

Product Descriptions

All Sales are final. We attempt to describe and display the items offered on the Website as accurately as possible; however, we do not warrant that the descriptions or other content on the Website are totally accurate, complete, reliable, current or error-free. 

Shipping Information

To determine the date of the ship-out of your order, please allow up to 3 business days for order processing. We will notify you via e-mail when we are ready.

We accept and ship orders on a daily basis to customers worldwide. Online orders for items in stock are normally shipped from 1~2 business days from order receipt.

Handling time is generally 1~2 business day for all shipments. International orders usually arrive in 2~4 business days depending on location.

As soon as your order is shipped, you will be sent a confirmation email with a tracking number which can be used on our carrier’s website.

All claims of shortages or damages suffered in transit must be submitted directly to BOXTUDIO within the Guarantee period stated above. BOXTUDIO reserves the right to make partial shipments. BOXTUDIO is not bound to deliver any Products for which you have not provided shipping instructions, which include a valid email and phone number where you may be reached.

  • Shipped, received and uncovered / unsealed / not preserved original packing status (Within 15 DAYS): FULL REFUND EXCEPT 15% RESTOCKING FEE AND RETURN SHIPPING FEE.

If you are unsatisfied with your product purchase from BOXTUDIO store for any reason, you have thirty (15) days from the date of purchase to request a refund through our 15 DAY GUARANTEE policy. We will gladly accept returns of an uncovered / unsealed / undamaged (not physically broken or damaged) product with all accessories in its original box/packaging within 15 days from purchase, for a refund except shipping, handling, taxes and promotional discounts. The return shipping charges from the Customer to the Company will be paid by the Customer. Since the backdrop is consumable material, it is not covered by Returns policy regardless of 15 DAY GUARANTEE policy even in uncovered and unsealed condition. Return policy is not applicable if returned more than 15 days after purchase or if the returned product exhibits wear-and-tear. During sale period(including events), returns are not available on price reduced merchandise. To return a product not purchased from our online store, please refer to the original place of purchase.  This can not be a reason for returns. Please note that items are your responsibility before they reaches our office, we advise you to securely package the items in bubble wrap and send them in a padded/secure box to prevent damage. It is also recommended to use a postal service that insures you for the value of items you are returning. We are not responsible for lost packages nor are we responsible for the cost of returning an item. We generally don’t accept exchanges of products without appropriate reasons by mutual agreement both BOXTUDIO and Customers. We can only accept exchanges of an originally defective product (not physically broken or damaged ) with all accessories and in its original box/packaging within 15 days from purchase. If you received a defective product that exhibits damage not associated with normal wear, we will be happy to replace and ship it back to you at no cost provided that your product is returned with proof and date of purchase. Returns and Exchanges policy is not applicable to: (i) a small hole or mixed shape on the sheet; (ii) creases, (iii) normal wear and tear; (iv) defects or damage caused by misuse, incorrect or abusive use, accident (including without limitation; collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair or improper storage. All LED strips are packed after operation test. LED strip can be damaged by misuse, incorrect or abusive use, accident (including without limitation; collision, fire and the spillage of food or liquid), neglect, abuse, alteration, unusual stress, modification, improper or unauthorized repair or improper storage.
